Seattle Elks Lodge #92 is conveniently located at the north foot of Queen Anne overlooking the Fremont Ship Canal and offers stunning views of the Ship Canal and the Fremont Bridge. The location is central to downtown Seattle. This venue is an outstanding location for corporate retreats, bridal and wedding parties, auctions, charitable events, birthday celebrations, and graduation events, small to midsize. The venue offers a mix of both indoor and limited outdoor seating. We offer two main spaces to rent, our Banquet Hall and Board Room, and offer our Social Quarters to smaller groups when available.

Banquet Hall

The beautiful Banquet Hall has hardwood floors, sweeping windows, a built-in bar, and access to an outdoor deck. This multi-purpose event space is ideal for corporate retreats, bridal and wedding parties, auctions, charitable, birthdays, and graduation events. The room offers access to a deck area perfect for cocktail hour, additional guest seating, and outdoor photos.

  • Video screen and projector

Board Room

The Board Room has wall-to-wall carpet, picture windows, and seats 10–12 around a board-style table. This multi-purpose space is perfect for wedding/party prep, board meetings, corporate offsites, and personal and charitable business discussions.

  • Access to glassware upon request

  • Computer and an AV system (inquire within)

  • Air-conditioned

  • Access to our east patio

Capacity: 16 

Social Quarters

Our main floor bar, dining room and alcove has a capacity of 85, and is available during non-business hours.

  • Indoor and outdoor tables and chairs

  • Glassware and bar service

  • Sound system with Bluetooth connectivity for background music

  • 6 TVs with streaming options

  • Air-conditioned

  • Access to patio with additional seating, awnings and outdoor heaters

  • Fireplace

BANQUET HALL
Fri–Sat: $1,500 ($250/hour x 6 hour min.)
Sunday–Thursday: $1,000 ($250/hour x 4 hour min.)

• $350 per additional hour

• Cleaning Fee: $250 non-refundable

• Security Deposit: $500 refundable

• Insurance $169 members, $176 non-members

• Beverage server: $210 (for up to 6 hours)

• Extra beverage server: $35/hour (required if guest count exceeds 50)

Sunday–Saturday: $200 ($100/hour x 2 hour min.)

• $100 per additional hour.

• Applicable fees and security deposit apply (inquire within).

Sunday–Saturday: $250/hour (4 hr. min)

• Applicable fees and security deposit apply (inquire within).

Please inquire about options and permits for serving alcohol at your event.

Bar Rates are based on individual selection requests and applicable rates at the time of your event. Current rates are subject to change without notice. Plates, glassware, flameless candles, linens, and silverware should all be secured through your vendors. We are happy to help with recommendations for caterers, DJs, photographers, etc.
