Patrick L. Smith
“President”
He/she is the Executive Officer of the Lodge and enforces and performs duties required by the Laws of the Order and the By-Laws of the Lodge. The Exalted Ruler appoints all committees and has general supervision over all matters pertaining to the Lodge.

“1st VicePresident”
Assists the Exalted Ruler in the performance of his/her duties. Officiates in the absence of the Exalted Ruler.
Leska Fore
“2nd Vice President”
Second in command in the absence of the Exalted Ruler.
Tara Espinoza
“3rd Vice President”
Third in command in the absence of the Exalted Ruler.
The Exalted Ruler, Leading Knight, Loyal Knight, and Lecturing Knight are “Chair Officers” and are members of the Governing Board and the House Committee.
Brian Marshall
Records minutes of Lodge meetings, maintains Lodge accounts, receives all monies and forwards to the Treasurer, reads/answers all correspondence, prepares/administers membership cards.
Suzie Allen
Receives all monies from the Secretary and gives a receipt, pays approved bills of the Lodge, maintains record of receipts and disbursements, and signs all checks.
Vacant
The Lodge Trustees control the funds and property of the Lodge, keep a record of all investments, purchase all Lodge supplies, provide for an Accident Prevention Program, present an annual Lodge budget and are also members of the House Committee.
Elizabeth Arnold
(Appointed Position)
Stationed at the door of the Lodge at all meetings, he/she permits no person to enter without previous announcement and permission from the Exalted Ruler.
Kenneth Lyons
(Appointed Position)
Stationed to the right of the Exalted Ruler during Lodge meetings, he/she organizes the Lodge, prepares candidates for initiation and introduces visiting members.
Pat Nolan
(Appointed Position)
Stationed to the left of the Exalted Ruler during Lodge meetings, he/she recites the opening and closing prayers, and performs the duties required by the Laws of the Order and By Laws of the Lodge.
Derek Lee
(Appointed Position)
Positioned at the inner door during Lodge meetings, the Inner Guard allows only those qualified to enter.
COMMITTEES
HOUSE COMMITTEE Leska Fore, Chair
The House Committee is made up of the Chair Officers (Exalted Ruler, Leading, Loyal and Lecturing Knights.) and the 5 Trustees. The House Committee controls the bar and social quarters of the Lodge. All decisions and actions of the House Committee are subject to the control and direction of the Lodge and its members by discussions and vote at Lodge meetings.
The Exalted Ruler is the default Chairman of the House Committee.
GOVERNING BOARD Brian Marshall, Chair
The Governing Board is made up of the Chair Officers (Exalted Ruler, Leading, Loyal, and Lecturing Knights.) and the 5 Trustees. The Governing Board controls the Lodge facility and its assets. All decisions and actions of the Governing Board are subject to the control and direction of the Lodge and its members through discussions and vote at Lodge meetings.
A Chairman is chosen by the members of the Governing Board.
ACTIVITIES COMMITTEE Chair – Vacant
Lodge Activities encompass almost everything the Lodge does. Without exception, they are important to the success of every Lodge. Well-planned and implemented activities usually spell the difference between a progressive Lodge and one that is just drifting along without a specific aim or purpose.
The Activities Chair is appointed by the Exalted Ruler and is required by Grand Lodge statute to have no fewer than 5 members on the committee.
AUDITING COMMITTEE Kelley Burch, Chair
The Auditing Committee works with the Lodge accountant and Treasurer to ensure the Lodge financial books are current.
The Auditing Chair is appointed by the Exalted Ruler.
FRATERNAL COMMITTEE Chair – Vacant
The Fraternal Committee is charged with promoting, supporting and overseeing: Americanism, Elks National Foundation, Flag Day, Elks Memorial Day, Membership, Lodge Activities, State Associations and Veterans programs.
The Fraternal Chair is appointed by the Exalted Ruler and is required by Grand Lodge statute to have no fewer than 5 members on the committee.
MEMBERSHIP COMMITTEE Chair – Vacant
The Membership Committee realizes the strength and vitality of any organization largely depends upon its ability to maintain or increase its membership. We have an obligation to develop a positive attitude that inspires the people around you to create an atmosphere that encourages others to become members of our great Organization. We also possess a passion for membership retention. If enough Elks care, there isn’t any membership goal we can’t attain.
The Membership Chair is appointed by the Exalted Ruler and is required by Grand Lodge statute to have no fewer than 5 members on the committee.
PUBLIC RELATIONS & SOCIAL MEDIA Chair – Vacant
The Public Relations Committee is charged with telling the stories of Elks’ activities and programs, positioning our Lodge to gain favorable media coverage, building an awareness of the BPOE and creating a greater interest in joining our organization.
The PR & Social Media Chair is appointed by the Exalted Ruler and is required by Grand Lodge statute to have no fewer than 5 members on the committee.
